We sell digital products — sheet music PDFs, pre-recorded video tutorials, and online courses — delivered or made available to you online after payment. This policy explains our refund window and how to request a refund.
1. 14-day refund window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no exceptions or conditions. To request one, email us at [email protected] within 14 days, or contact Paddle directly using the receipt they sent you.
2. How refunds are processed
Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who handled the original payment. The refunded amount goes back to the payment method you used. Bank/card refunds typically clear within 5–10 business days; the exact time depends on your bank.
3. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer (chargeback) without first contacting us, your access to any further purchases may be suspended. Please email us first — a refund within the 14-day window is faster and simpler for everyone.
