Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at nattaliepiano.com and any related services we offer (the "Site"). By using the Site or purchasing from it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Nataliia Kuzmina, a sole proprietor (ФОП) registered in Ukraine ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Use of the Site
You may browse the Site and use its features for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the Site's content;
- interfere with the Site's operation, security, or other users' access;
- use automated tools to collect data from the Site without our written permission.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, music, recordings, sheet music, images, design, code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and related rights. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you, except the limited license granted in section 5 below for purchased content.
4. Purchases and payment
When you buy a digital product through the Site, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") is the merchant of record and the seller for that purchase. Paddle processes the payment, issues the receipt, is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT in your jurisdiction, and applies the consumer-protection rights that apply to you under your local law. Your purchase contract is with Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms, which you agree to at checkout.
Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless noted otherwise. Paddle may present a local-currency equivalent at checkout.
5. License for purchased content
Sheet music (PDF). When you purchase a sheet music PDF from us, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:
- print and use one copy for your personal practice, performance, and study;
- use the score for educational purposes in a one-to-one teaching context (one teacher, one student).
Video tutorials and courses. When you purchase a pre-recorded tutorial or course, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view it for your own personal study.
In all cases you may not:
- resell, sublicense, lend, or redistribute the content or copies of it, in whole or in part;
- share your access with others, or copy, record, or re-upload the content;
- post the content on file-sharing services, public repositories, or other websites;
- use the content in a commercial recording, broadcast, or paid public performance without a separate licence from us;
- use the content to train any machine-learning model.
A separate sync, mechanical, or performance licence is required for commercial use of the sheet music. Email us at [email protected] to discuss.
6. Delivery
Your purchase is delivered or made available online — for example, emailed as a file or link, or accessed through the Site — immediately after payment, normally within a few minutes. If you can't access your purchase within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
7. Refunds
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, with no exceptions or conditions. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or any purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be lawfully limited (for example, for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the competent courts of Ukraine.
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection rules, this section does not override the rights you have under your local law.
